Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscription Orders

If you purchase a subscription product from Chillovia, your subscription will automatically renew at the selected billing interval unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting our Customer Support Team.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation requests only apply to future renewal orders.

If a renewal order has already been processed, charged, or entered fulfillment before your cancellation request is received, that order cannot be cancelled.

Your subscription will end before the following renewal cycle.


Upcoming Renewals

We recommend cancelling your subscription at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to ensure your cancellation is processed before renewal.


Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to collect payment again using the payment method on file.

If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled automatically.


Price Changes

We reserve the right to update subscription pricing from time to time.

If the subscription price changes, we will notify you before the new price takes effect.

You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal if you do not agree with the updated price.


Product Availability

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may:

  • temporarily suspend the subscription,
  • substitute it with an equivalent product (where appropriate),
  • or cancel the subscription and notify you.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

Refund eligibility for subscription purchases is subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for orders that have already been processed, shipped, or delivered.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • maintaining accurate payment information,
  • ensuring sufficient funds are available,
  • reviewing upcoming renewal dates,
  • cancelling before renewal if they no longer wish to continue.
