Shipping Information

At Chillovia, we work with trusted fulfillment partners and international shipping carriers to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully verified.

During periods of high demand, holidays, promotional events, or unforeseen operational circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.

Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has been shipped.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipping confirmation
  • Tracking number (where available)
  • Carrier tracking link

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.


Tracking Your Order

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Peak shopping seasons
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • Remote delivery locations

While we will make every reasonable effort to assist, Chillovia cannot guarantee delivery dates under these circumstances.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate before placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to incorrect customer information.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed because:

  • no recipient is available,
  • the delivery address is incorrect,
  • the package is refused,
  • or the package is not collected from the carrier within the required timeframe,

the shipment may be returned to our fulfillment center.

Reshipping fees may apply where applicable.


Delivered Orders

An order is considered fulfilled once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided during checkout.

If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

  • checking around your property,
  • checking with household members,
  • checking with neighbors,
  • contacting your local carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us promptly so we can assist with a carrier investigation where appropriate.


Lost Packages

If a shipment is confirmed by the carrier as lost during transit, we will review the case and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Each claim is reviewed individually.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.


Multiple Shipments

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
